what licensure means

Licensure is permission to dispense, not a shortcut around a prescription.

Being licensed in a state means The Chemist Shop Pharmacy can prepare and dispense compounded medications to patients located in that state when ordered through a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded medications are prepared for a specific patient under 503A patient-specific prescription compounding; they are not dispensed without a prescription.

Patients outside our licensed states

You can still connect with care. Find a partnered provider in our network, or contact us and we will help point you in the right direction.

Healthcare providers

We partner with prescribers across the country — regardless of where you practice — to submit prescriptions through our provider portal.
